Rich, the owner, is a top notch HIGH integrity individual.  Definitely very rare in the home improvement business.  He must pay his staff very well because a) they say good stuff about him, b) they take their time to do the work, c) they seem to really enjoy what they are doing.  My favorite thing about working with Rich is his attitude.  And my favorite quote from him is "Don't worry, it's just paint."  We never felt rushed...from us deciding on the colors to them taking care of all the details and touch ups.  Again, Rich said "it's just paint."  We actually had to change the body color after he painted a large same of the color on our house, and his crew was already there working.  He brought us another color, painted another large area, and waited for myself and my wife to make the final call.  I am sure that slowed him down...again, he didn't care...it's just paint.  I feel like he will do anything to get the job done right.  Sorry for the rambling.  In any case, we loved working with Rich! His prices were super reasonable.  His customer service was over the top.  And his work is impeccable.

Last bit of rambling.  I ended up asking him to repaint my baseboards inside the house.  Rich could have taken a baseboard and gone to the paint store to match it.  He didn't do that because he said it wouldn't look right since we are not repainting all the doors and door frames.  He matched it using color swatches to get the most consistent visual results.  He must have spent 20-30mins doing that! That level of details is way beyond my expectations.

And did I mentioned his crew disassembled, repainted, and reassembled all the outdoor lights around the house? That must have taken one guy 2-3 hours to do.  Did he charge me? NOPE!! He said that's the only way to make the house look new.  HOLY CRAP!!

I will recommend Rich to anybody.  I will be using him for all my painting needs.  Once in a while, you run into somebody special that you enter into your contact list for future reference.  That's Rich and his company! 

These colors really turned out well on this home.
